Powell is a relationship-driven company, headquartered in Houston, Texas, that serves the transportation, environmental, energy, industrial and utility industries. As a manufacturer of Electrical Power Products and Process Control Systems. Powell wishes to communicate with not only their valued customers but also with their team of skilled employees.
Janus Design was called to convey Powell Industries’ strong company values in a way that would reach both groups, each and every time they walk inside the new building. In selecting the finishing items, furniture, art work and navigating the many details that bring a large office building from an open space with workstations to a place of enjoyment, productivity, and company pride, Janus worked closely with the Powell team. She listened and researched to discover the Powell legacy and created custom art work that would tell the Powell story in a way that truly reflected the company’s values. “The Legacy Wall” was created to visually communicate the successful growth of Powell Industries from a small start-up company in 1947 to what it is today. Janus Design is honored to continue working with the Powell team at their many office complexes.
